Driven By Purpose.

No one should have to create alone.

Who We Are

From a bedroom to a creative home, every project has helped build what Burgundy Suite is today.

“Growing up, I was always searching for guidance but often had to figure things out alone. That experience became my why. To provide the support I wish I had along the way.”

— Founder, Dale Keano

Celebrating 10 years!

Our new Space

The Vision

When we first stepped into the warehouse, it felt like a dream come true. After years of imagining this moment, we were finally standing inside the space we had always envisioned.

The Build

For three months, our team poured in countless hours, sweat, and energy transforming every inch of the space. From moving and painting to navigating financing and coordinating contractors, every decision was a leap of faith toward creating something we truly believed in.

The Transformation

We removed the old carpet, brought life back into the outdated walls, built dedicated rooms, polished concrete for our production areas, added warm hardwood for our workspace, and transformed every corner into a space that feels modern, inspiring, and uniquely Burgundy Suite.

The Why

Every challenge, late night, and sacrifice was worth it. Burgundy Suite became more than a studio—it became a home. A place built for us, but created for creators, storytellers, and big ideas to come to life.

Our Story

  • 2014

    The Beginning

    #

Before Burgundy Suite was a studio, it was a bedroom.

It was late nights, learning and believing something bigger was possible. Our founder’s wife would be trying to sleep beside his desk with headphones on while an artist stood in the middle of our room recording until 4 AM.

It wasn't much but it was where everything started.

    Finding The Void

    #

After finishing songs, we kept hearing the same thing from artists:

"Now we need a music video."

That was the moment we realized there was a gap. Artists didn't just need a song — they needed someone who could help bring the entire vision to life.

So we did what we've always done: LEARN.

We invested every dollar into camera equipment, learning film making and directing, and stepped into a new world beyond music.

    The First Home

    #

    Things started moving fast.

The bedroom couldn't keep up anymore. More artists wanted to collaborate, more ideas were coming through the door so we opened our first office.

At the beginning, much of what we created was about building trust not money. Matter of fact, we did it for free - building our portfolio one project at a time.

    The Moment Everything Change

    #

Nearly 2 years after picking up a camera, "Feel Like" by Yung Jae took off — reaching millions of views organically.

    People started asking:

    "Who shot this video?"

    That moment changed everything.

It gave us the opportunity to root ourselves within the Bay Area Asian American creative community.

Burgundy Suite became more than a studio. It became a powerhouse to help push our people forward.

Growing Through The Highs & Lows

    #

    Every business has seasons.

There were challenges, lessons, wins, and moments of uncertainty. But through it all, we kept creating, kept learning, and kept remembering why why started in the first place.

    Creating Through Uncertainty

    #

When the world slowed down for Covid, more than ever our people needed connection, storytelling, and a way to express themselves.

During one of the hardest moments many of us experienced, we continued supporting artists and helping bring ideas to life.

    A New Chapter

    #

After years of building with musicians, we began asking a new question:

"How can we create even more impact?"

The focus shifted toward passion projects, helping businesses, and creating opportunities for more people to grow.

    A Creative Home

    #

Today, the dream has grown into something bigger.

What started as a bedroom recording setup has become a creative home - a place where artists, brands, educators, and communities can come together to create and connect.

Burgundy Suite was never just about cameras, music, or a physical space.

It has always been about people.

Providing the resources, support, and environment we once wished we had.

    Because nobody builds alone.
