The Challenge
Everything was planned a month in advance at a location we’ve never worked in before.
The Setback
Hours after landing, the featured artist could no longer travel, putting nearly half the video at risk.
The Pivot
Within hours of landing, our team canceled half the Miami bookings, sourced new locations and talent in Jacksonville, rebuilt the production schedule, flew to Jacksonville that same weekend and delivered the vision.
